this is a very specialised race 2m 5f on the flat ,TERENZIUM ticks all the boxes here ,backed it at ponty last time over 2m 2f at 33to1 finished like atrain to finish 4th ,firm ground and the extra 3f look ideal its 3lb better off with descaro for just about 1l,,markington will be a big danger as this ticks afew boxes so a little saver on this might be worth wile,as for descaro never run at this trip before so i will take that on, lets see what the prices are and bet win or ew accordingly, please note that both these horses need fast ground but having looked at the weather should be quick ground at ponty

having just looked on bet fair terenzium should be around 7to1 so looks good ew bet

just had £3 on TERENZIUM - got 8.6 on it , then it went to 8.9  and ive just nipped out for half an hour and its now 5.7

i don,t fully understand yet how these markets work - it was on 147% (at the top of each market) - i thought its best to wait until they get nearer to 100% to get the best value

also do you know how to do forecasts on there or with these does it not matter which site you put the bet on as its always going to be the same price?

hi mp33 if you put a forecast on bet 365 aslong as you put it on one horse A to beat horse B and then horse B to beat horse A instead of putting it on any order ie reverse forecast you get best odds guarenteed and it will show how much you get back ,i hope that has explained it

    Hi Andy,
I have looked at this race a few minutes ago, and it is quite tricky, all handicaps are.
I will oppose your selections with Ultimate Quest, seems well handicapped at the moment.
I will chose 5 in the race and do a combination tricast as well
    Ultimate Quest
    Dan Buoy
    Descaro
    Markington
    Terenzium

    A combination tricast gives you 60 bets at 10 p i.e £6 staked
and I will put $2 e/w on Ultimate Quest at 28/1 with bet 365

    Terenzium?
2 wins from 30 odd attempts on the flat, both at Hamilton over 1m5f, both amateur rider contests.
Has never won when the word "firm" appears anywhere in the going description (today Good/Firm and likely to get quicker!)
9 years old and obviously not an improving performer.
This horse should not be a single figure price today - 10/1 and upwards in my book.
All things considered, I'm out!! :-)

If you guys want abit of a rogue trade today then 5.05 Southell Dazakhee..The handbrake was firmly on this horse last time out..If you watch the replay Tony Culhane was giving it the old jazz hands out in rear and stayed on smoothly into 7th without even really being asked..When the stable wants this horse to win it will win.

It was trading at 7's earlya and now into 7/4 hmmmm today could be the day...I would still watch the market before the off though if this 1 drifts again no no no if its smashed into then yes yes yes..

hmmmm spose it doesn't help when you give horses 15 lengths head start.

These jockeys continue to amaze me, they're soooooo doooooooooooooopid.

When I strongly suggest a horse will not win, it pays to take heed :-)

Without wishing to appear sniffy about it, I can clearly see that most people
on this forum are recreational punters, and that is fine.
I take it a wee bit more seriously than that, but I am not in the business of throwing
out "tips" behind a screen name on an internet forum.
However, I am happy to point out occasionally when I believe somebody may have (with
all good intentions) put you on a bum steer.
My observations may not "win" you any money, but assiduous attention to any doubts raised, may
    save you from "losing" any!!
    :-)

Sileek I was only jesting and also like to "help" others with "no chancers". When I tip winners nine times out of ten they leat us all down.

Hopefully next February you will enter my Naps Table on here and you will be a welcome addition

He's right about Culhane would never back a horse with him on it. Everyone will find out about him and a few other jockeys over the next few months.
