Poker etiquette

Hi there my first post, but it's more of an ethical question as much as a technical one.

You're on the button with AJ, UTG and EP folds, the CO limps, you pop it up four or five big blinds, the small blind, big blind and CO call.

The flop comes KKQ Its checked around to you, you check.

The turn comes a Q its checked all around again.

The river is a K. Again its checked around to you.

Do you, check to keep the rake to a minimum, or do you push all-in????

    lol he once posted a hand where he massively overjammed the river to try and get a guy off a split pot, to win a tiny pot.

    It was a funny hand, sure he will look back on it and laugh, but this is a similar situation.

    It's about risk/reward.

    What makes you so sure it's a split? Could somebody have slowplayed the king? or pocket aces?

    The pot is so small here is it really worth risking it as a bluff, when you know people probably aren't gonna fold anyway?

    I would bet 4x the pot with a King or AA tho for the above reasons.
