Bad beat or poor betting on turn?

Was pretty sure I was playing AAA, or trips anyway. Never mind that I shouldn't really have been in the hand - was a cheap flop as villain was slow playing his AA.

    bad beat - min raise is fine at this level, keeps the opponent in, he doesn't have to be as strong as he is, he could easy have Ax and go broke

    What I mean is should I have pushed all in rather than check on the turn even though I was sure I was beating him?

    meh i don't mind the check, i would personally bet again though, the min-raise does give the strength of your hand away but he also has a monster which he is never letting go, so whatever you do the money is going in.

    fold pre raise bigger on flop raise bigger on turn

    raise bigger everywhere on flop and turn and keep raising until all your money is in the middle

    Thanks Lol and Gran. Sound advice, but I find big raises in the micro cash games tend to scare people off and destroy value. Mind you, I shouldn't have been in the hand anyway so probably serves me right for being greedy!
