Semi-bluffed two streets and missed, how do you play river.

No notes on opponent  at all. However they took time to call on turn so i suspect they where on a draw themselves. Can i fire a final bullet and if so how much ?

    Raise pre...  bet out flop

    as played although i dont like it prob c/f

    possible call if they bet like 10th of pot as they obv bluffing lol

    I prefer leading flop readless. I wouldnt bet as big on turn either

    if he is on draw then that 10 he will love so have fun.
    You jam he may fold some of the time but hey bit of a gamble he may just call

    Why go mad post flop when you played so passive preflop? 

    Raise pre. id c/f the river as it hits alot of pair plus draw combos if it was a brick id jam.

    Pre flop im likley to get called therefore playing oop with a ragy ace which has sever reverse implied odds.

    Post flop i hit the nut draw and want to take control of the pot.

    I doubt you have  that much rio with A9 against range of limpcallers, you have the best kicker lots
