Just a quick question. I have only been playing poker for 5/6 months and have noticed that i seem to have cycles of success on the different formats of the game. When i first started, i played a lot of cash at 2p/4p and did ok short term. I started to struggle as i learnt more so i sort of stumbled in to STT's for practice and found that although i struggled with cash at that time that STT's were profitable. I then found that i started to lose at STT's and went back to cash where i did ok again but couldnt make a penny at STT's. Well, you see where i am going with this, on to MTT's etc etc.......

Is this fairly normal, to switch around, or am i just weird? :-s

ur defo pretty weird, although sometimes it is good to dabble in between and if ur running bad in 1 play a bit more of something else and u generally do a bit better. Maybe its to do with keeping the game fresh and not becoming robotic?

Is abit wierd but nothing wrong with trying new things, makes you learn more in the long term
