connection joke?

not had a prob with internet explore till tonite, been fine all day then boom i`v lost connection, been fine my end all lites showing showing it working, but as it`s break time i shut everything down and reboot, only to find i can`t get registered for sky ? so phone c/care they say it`s my end as normal, give them details on internet explorer ect, and they tell me to go firefox ? ermm no last time was on firefox can get into sky lobby ect but table won`t come up and was told to use internet explorer, was also told to update flash player which has been done, but still told it`s my end ?? now i`ve done nothing my end except shut down again and rebooted, no flash update or firefox and now seems to be running fine, so who`s wrong,

    I had disconnection problems tonight at around 12ish.

    That was using the download too, the forums went aswell yet every other website I had in my tabs worked perfectly.

    o.k been onto c/care again explained the situation from 12.35am to 1.40 am i could not play or even get back into sky ? i have done nothing differant laptop at all yet at 1.40 am when i did get back in i`v not had a problem with playing, so they check hand history from 12.35 and said there was no time out ?? now i`m sorry if i`m sat out then there won`t be any time outs and my hands will still play out ? please help ? i`m am just going round in circles with c/care

    I see your complaint about not being able to get onto this site (for about an hour) but I don't think you've made it clear exactly what you're now trying to get help with (?) Are you looking for an explanation as to why you couldn't get onto the site?
