I would've folded pre after the first all in & call.

I fold flop. You're beating nothing but a bluff. It's very unlikely that your king or jack are any good as outs which leaves you drawing to a 10 for the straight & even then the 10 of spades might not be any good so by my reckoning you've got 3 clean outs.

On the other hand I totally suck balls at this game so I could be missing something :)

In Response to Re: What would you do.:

Interesting - I'm beginning to think I might suck at this game too. I'll give it a while and post what happened.

Well the first all-in was the 3rd time he'd pushed in as many hands so didn't put him on much. Probably got ahead of myself and didn't think long enough when Spike called. Scary flop so I did this and kicked myself for not having the cojones to call post flop at first...but they say we can't get results oriented, can we? Think I did the right thing once I'd called pre.

Dony worry about the result. Correct fold, although made a street late.

    Thanks all.

There's a pattern emerging for me. Nearly every time I post a hand that I've had trouble with, the first piece of advice is "fold pre".

Seems I might be seeing too many flops with weak hands and getting into troble from there, often from the blinds.

When I started a thread on play from the blinds, someone told me about someone who always open folds in the blinds and has the stats to prove it's profitable long-term.

Does anyone else out there share that view?

    Fold pre -
or if you can put him on mid pr just jam and isolate :)
