Help with promotional code please :)

i entered the promotional code download10 around a week ago as it was on my promotions page on my account, but it doesnt seem to have done anything. ive tried speaking to customer care but it wont let me for some reason does anybody know what this promotion is or could anybody find out please? Thanks
