have to call imo, but wouldn't be surprised to see somebody has q10 though

You played the hand well, its ok to limp now and again its more of a low risk strategy, good lead on the flop and a good sized re-raise on the turn, for me its a sigh and call moment hoping the board pairs. if ur against a set so be it, but ur likely to be up against a straight.

Call for me, you only have 14 bigs left behind, chance to build a big stack and put yourself in good position.
You prob need to pair up on the river though (but you're getting better then 5/1 on your money) unless wayne has the J or 2 pair and wolley has big draw

In Response to Tricky Spot - Fold or not?:
My read would be he/she has Q10 for a straight or JJ for a set?
Anyway I'd fold. How did hand play out?

    Thanks for the replies guys.

Wayne had the nut straight Q 10
Wolley had the 2nd nut straight 7 10

I cant believe anyone would fold this, you nearly have direct odds to draw and you are ahead sometimes too. Also raise/folding a set with these stacks would be beyond spew

I don't think flatting the turn is out of the question here in the latter stages of tournament. But I havn't played much tourneys.

Even if he showed me he had me beat I would still call.

+ 1, dnt limp pre, and dont ever think about folding as you never can.

People will post and say fold, because its obvious u lost the hand, as u wouldnt have posted it otherwise and its pretty easy to look like a genius and guess the two hands that obv beat u.

    Raise pre and win flips.
