been playing on the table for about 45 mins and he hasnt stepped outta line in that time, likes to see flops , but only rasied with  decent hands.had the guy on A paint, couldnt put him on a8/a7 so only worried about 88/77 aa and nearly flatted the reraise on the river.

I'm a knit he value bet re raises river, your strong but he shows 8's or the hands you mention on you have issues.  Given that he waited til river to pop it, popping it small, I just flat.

But I am a safe play knit in these spots

The way hand plays its unlikely A paint IMO.  Smooth calling through streets and river raise would have spidey sense working overtime.

if he had ace/paint he would feel pretty robbed of value with pods ridic bet sizes lol and he would bet flop himself,
