I also quite like the ones on.... *ahem* another popular poker site * cough*,

 whereby the pot is divided amonst the top 3 in the DYM, but the percentage won is = to the volume of chips possessed by each of the 3 remaining players

- so if you have a 3rd of the table's chips, you would DYM. if you have more chips, you would get proportionately more cash & conversely, - if you have just scraped into the winnes circle you get mere pence back (or however much it works out to)!

obviously it can't be called a DYM though, as that title wouldnt necessarily be accurate.
