Stat's not working

Could someone tell me why the stats function does not work when playing mtt, or am I overlooking something as to a fix for the problem.

    You mean the Hot-O-Meter?

    I'm in a MTT and it's working for me.  Was it in a Omaha or Omaha Hi-Lo MTT as I don't think it works in those?

    if you leave it open for a full hand it triggers it in to life i think.
