to much rigging in horse racing

got a tip off a lad at work who has friend with horses!!! the horse was backed in from 14/1 into 7/2, the horse was deliberately beaten first 2 times out and they had it primed ready to win at newcastle last friday, money on and an hour later got told the horse wasnt going to be trying cos someone had beaten the trainer to stick a load of money on before him!!! disgraceful
