Was this the correct price to call?

I thought about it and almost called, but my instict told me I wasn,t getting the right price (couldn,t work it out in time)

the guy had been pretty tight, otherwise I,d have raised the flop and tbh I had him on a set, hence why I didn,t re-raise the flop,  but I didn,t take implied odds into account

I realise it was a mistake in this instance, but is it a mistake in the long run?

I had to leave the table after this hand and take a brk

    I was playing a few tables and looking back at it now I,ve realised he wasn,t the one 3betting , which I thought at the time - hence why i had him on such a strong hand.

    Note to self - More concentration needed

    edit : I did think there was a good chance of a cpl of aces already out and that also put me off, as I didn,t expect it on the river - maybe the 9 but not the ace and certainly didn,t expect my overcards could win the hand , had one of them come in

    what Once u call flop u have to call turn IMO.

    Agree with the Don on flop.

    Should be a snap fold pre really tho bud.  Jam and call in front.
