reads? you must have some if you are putting him on a single hand

looks like Qx from a bad player to me. I also sometimes check back  turn

I've seen him bluff missed draws before....

He doesn't make this bet with just an ace.

Not sure if he c/c 2 bets with Qx.....

    I think it's AQ or nothing......possibly 88....

He probably does bet AQ/88 here if he has it, but I reckon he'd value bet it rather than pot it.

Not seen him pot bet as a bluff in a pot this big.....

It really would help if I didn't get trashed and could remember my notes....

Without my note box I'm useless, but in smaller pot's he's deffo bluffed around a psb otr.

I played him HU a couple of times recently too, and made lots of notes, I just can't remember any. Should post the hand before bed really.

    Sorry for flimsy reads.

    Just a fold then?

i dont know at those stakes, but i normaly find that most players if they're chasing the flush they would bet the flop, miss on the turn and then check :s...stupid ino.

would of been an insane call though if you were correct.

I can understand from hand and the dynamic you speak of why you'd be tempted.  I rarely see the point in these spots though unless you have a soulread.  Its mainly for subjective reasons though.  If I hero call and I'm wrong It adds some steam to me for awhile.  Plus if he is bluffing there and you make the hero call, he's likely to tighten his range/betting pattern.  You dont want him doing this.

The minority of times there the hero call is right and you feel like a .....hero? :p  I'm happier allowing opponent to keep feeling invincible.  Give him the pot, let him keep doing it then punish him later when its all to easy to predict his bet.
