Grrrrrrr; 'You already have this table open'

Very annoyingly I just bubbled a Bounty Hunter satellite because of this problem. With 8 players remaining I decided to get both tables open so I could see all the action (as recommended by Ian Fraser on Sky Poker ch 865). When it broke to the final table the dreaded 'you already have this table open message' came up on both of the tables. By this stage the blinds were massive compared to the stacks, by the time I managed to get back in I was left with 30 chips when the blinds were 500/1000.

Sort it out Sky!

    This happens quite often when railing other tables in the same tournament and the tables get balanced.  If you get balanced from the original table to the other table you often have to close both tables, open the lobby and relaunch your table manually.
