is there anyway i can avoid losing these two hands or have i played fine but just got unlucky.
hand 1 the player to my left is very loose and is likely to raise any two cards but will also limp, the player to my right is quite a limper into both unraised and raised pots seems quite sturdy. I have A9 and go to automatically fold but decide against the two players i will limp to see the flop as i really could be ahead. Is this a bad decision? post flop i know im just unlucky but pre i should of chucked this away right?
hand 2 i sort of get back into the game and find 77 the player on my right has limped, the player to my left is SB and the BB is new to the table. I decide to shove as SB has just below my chip stack so i dont mind the flip, the limper should fold and im hoping the BB is not holding something big enough to call. Again i think i was quite unlucky on this hand but was i right to risk my whole tournament with this hand again?

Raise pre yourself,esp if you are going to limpcall anyway. I like flop shove.
2nd hand: probably limp along as shoving seems a little extreme
