Does anyone believe in Extra Sensory Perception in poker? Discuss!

Probably more for live games than online.

For me, ESP is a personally confirmed phenomenon. My wife always knows when I'm about to try something on and reaches for the anadin....spooky!!

I think you have to go with your gut feelings after you've weighed up all other options ...'sixth sense'  in live events..

       but ESP ..not really !!
    glk

It has happened a few times where you know someone is weak/strong but you dont know how you know.  I think there was prob some history between us that I cant actually remember but it is prob lodged somewhere in my subconcious.
But esp is magic and I dont believe in magic

Sure! I think you're holding the card with three squiggly lines.

I do know ESPN is into poker..

I had strange one the other night at our local Gala. Roulette related. I don't play but my mate was and I had sick feelings when he chose the colour that didn't come in, and relaxed feelings if he put it on a colour that then came in. worked out that if he stuck to my gutt feelings then he would have won 10x in a row lol

then again, I could have had too many beers lol

ESPN in poker ? yes they cover the main event!.....but yes when playing live you sub- conscientiously read peoples mannerisms and general body language. You get a vibe.
