Yeah fold flop, play next hand, if he opens smaller perhaps peel, but you;re calling a full pot bet to c/f turn majority of time.

It's tempting to call these vast overbets with the logic "There's no way he'd do that if he had the Q" but that's clearly the wrong thing to do. If he didn't have the Q, he'd be afraid that you had it so wouldn't shove.
In a tourney I'd be much more tempted to call, especially against a half-decent, but not very good or very poor, player.
