beaten by a full house on the river help

in the big blind 3/4 suited flop comes 4 3 4 obviously full house small blind bets 200, i flat call then flat call again to the small blind on the turn it comes j j i raise 2000 on the river and then call the all in deep into a bounty hunter with 12 left and lose to the full house jack full of 4's if i had bet(re-raised) would of i lost my customer?
