Friday FUN 'Fread'

It looks like we need this today folks!

Post in this thread 3 different things about yourself that most people would not know.....or care :)

1) I gained my Chief Scouts Award (still always helping people....ish)
2) My Dad was in the same class as John Lowe (darts) at school
3) I won a national school hand writing contest whilst I lived in Wales.

    1) I went to my grandad's funeral wearing Alan Knights jersey.  His actual one.  As he was reserve keeper and very old he only had one match day one so we had to get it back to him (funeral was on a friday) straight away so he could have it ready for the sunday match against man city.  major respect to the guy.

    2) I met reggie kray in prison.  My cousin had agreed to meet him for a business proposal.  I went along.  I was in awe.  This was only 15ish years ago.  He still had this power about him and talked just like in the movies!  Last thing he said a I was walking out 'if you ever need someone sorted, let me know'.

    3) The portsmouth female in the pedo ring in the big case, I taught most of her children.  When it all broke we got invaded by the press, it was horrid.  She is in prison.  She has been beaten up loads and some people want her killed.

    Nice and cheerful stuff eh!

    1) I hold (or possibly held) a Donny&District junior cricket league record of being the only player ever to hit 6 6's in 1 over.

    2) It took me three years to write a novel.

    3) I am qualified to teach children Gymnastics, Dance, and Swimming, amongst other sports.

    1)  My old University party trick was the ability to snort a condom up my nose and pull it out of my mouth.

    2)  I once accidentally stole the umbrella of a High Court Judge.

    3)  I used to live next door to Martin from Eastenders.

    good idea Alan........

    1 got the city record in Liverpool for the 800m when I was 11, (30 yrs ago) and it still stands to this day (practise in running from Police in later life, thought I'd get it in b4 someone else does) :))))

    2 I lived next door but one to the great Bill Shankly until I was 8 yrs old

    3  I was in the same class in school as Kyron Bracken (Ex England RU player). After his family moved over from Ireland. That was St Edwards College Juniors

    We were doing some freak show in the Uni Halls of residence and a bloke I knew was going to do this for his act.  Sadly he got so hammered before the show he passed out.  I said I bet anyone could do it and in front of about 150 people I found out I was right, became a party piece for three years.  Word of advice, don't try it.  It's probably quite dangerous and the ribbed ones really hurt.

    1) I used to play professional football

    2) I have played stephen hendry in pool

    3) I now suffer from an anxiety condition and havent been more than a few miles from my house in over 3 years (hence why I have now started to learn poker)

    1) i have boxed for england against an irish lad with a polish surname. (and won)

    2)i have been involved in a world wide peace confrence and festival in prague

    1) I got removed from a England game for throwing wine gums at Argentinian fans (not red or black ones though, they are too nice to throw )

    2) I was attacked by 3/4 turkeys while installing security on a farmhouse and i'm now scared of them

    3) I have no mental health problems and have a real life gf i don't have to inflate

    1. I used to race bmx's when I was a kid from the ages of 8 until I was 14. I raced in a couple of televised meetings, one was at the NEC in Birmingham.

    2. My second and third toe on each foot are webbed.

    3. I used to regularly dj at free parties (raves) hence my nickname of acidman. I used to play alot of acid house and acid techno music.

    1. I passed my driving test first time aged 17 with no minors. (Think the female examiner had the hots for me!)

    2. I dressed up in drag and performed on stage in a kiddy Steps tribute act aged 11 (god that will haunt me for the rest of my life)

    3. On my debut for Northants District Cricket team, aged 13, my bowling figures were... 
       1.4 - 0 - 6 - 3
       Also hit the winning runs in the chase when we were 9 down. What a day that was!

    1. I have spent the past 3 years doing open learning college and still havent passed my first exam. Its English. :(

    2. I like to be kept thinking. Consistantly Anylysing things. Hense my favorite computer game is football manager.

    3. I ran a Gears of War 2 Clan for 8 months a couple of years back. I gave it up after our first loss, the clan got a bit disillusioned with the tactics i set out.
