Hi Guys,

I registered for a £5.50 DYM just after 7pm today but was entered into a scary instead.

I six table and had set the download filters to NL Hold em DYM before I started as normal. The other five DYM's I registered for came up fine.

I remember this happened a few months back aswell when I regestered AFTER the end of the DYM and it automatically asks you to register for another which I did but a different stt came up - I didn't report it at the time.

Basically customer care were not interested but obv it's really important this problem doesn't happen again.

Tikay or any reps from Sky - I'm not fussed if I am refunded or not but it's really important obv that this doesn't happen again so please look into it - customer care couldn't comprehend this and that I had stopped my session asap and reported it. They just wanted to keep emphasising that I wouldn't be refunded.

I am a huge supporter of Sky and recommend it whenever I can but obv felt let down and frustrated when I posted my other thread, apologies for that.

I still believe Sky is a the best poker site out there and have an amazing community and forum, long may it continue.

Anyone else experienced this aswell? Please post if you have and it should help hopefully to get the problem fixed quicker.

      hi jingle, similar thing happehed to me a few months back. I, like you went from dym via link at end of a dym and ended up in standard stt.Having got to 3 left i pushed al in with 34 thinking i had won.I reported this to CC to no avail.  GL

    Yes, CC told me that this was "not possible" lol.

    I knew that it had happened and I wasn't going mad - it's just as well we have this forum because they did deal with me very poorly. I can see now why other people have called them a shambles sometimes. Although I'm sure they have to deal with a lot of loonies aswell, I work in customer service so know this only too well!

    Right - back to the grind!

    Hi,

    I've experienced this problem but it only seems to be the first minute or so after I log in, the first time it happened the other day I ended up in a £11 Fixed Limit Hold'em Sit & Go!

    I e-mailed priority care and they were more than helpful but said they were not aware of any issue.
