Change Location

Yo,

I have tried on several occasions to change so i have Hitsquad under my name, but it wont let me??

This morning i have tried again in account details page next to my city/town i have put after it and it still wont work :(

Can anyone give me an idiot's guid to doing this?

    i have tried also to change it..but to a better teams name(team51) but it still says Norwich.

    someone told me it takes ages to change.

    Cheers Stevey, see at the top when i click save says make sure your billing address is the same blah blah  does that mean anything? i cant test whether updated now but not on my profile so i assume not

    Hi Guys,

    I've just tested this and it's working fine for me, using both IE8 (web version) and the download version.

    Are you using web or download? If web which browser please?

    Do you actually get an error message when trying to 'update details' in my account? Or do you just mean it appears to update successfully in My Account, but when sitting down at the tables it shows the previous location? When you go back to my account now, does it show the new or old location?

    I believe you may need to log out and log back in before the change takes affect, so if you haven't tried this already please can you have a go and let me know if it works?

    I changed mine 2 days ago as elsa described, went to a table and it still had my original location, I checked around 30 minutes later and it had changed fine
