    +1 i'm always betting the flop, doesn't have to be big, 40-60% of pot is good, 60-70% of pot on turn, river played well.

    I dont know how deep you are here but i am definetly bettng more on the flop
    on the turn i think your bet size is fine, but in the situation that you bet more on the flop then the pot would be bigger on the turn so the bet size on the turn would clearly of been bigger and the opponent must of had a strong combo draw just to call to hit a gutshot, B/F river is good.

    what did he have to call you down?

    Definitely bet out flop here. Very dangerous board. If you check, knowing your opponent will raise then put a big re raise in, take the odds off him. After that, i dont think your getting rid of him.
