blinds 2/400
Me: 18K
Villain: 21K

Villain been opening a lot of pots from all sorts of positions.
He opens for 880 in middle position, some guy calls who has about 10K on cut off, I 3bet squeeze to 2.8K, villain flats other guy folds. I have 45 of diamonds!
At this point i am regretting ever entering the pot which is about 7K.
Flop QJ6 two spades.
Obviously I haven't caught anything, which I wasn't expecting, but obv i wasn't hoping to get this far, but with his calling range likely to be around the AQ/JJ/1010/10J suited etc ... should I even c-bet? It'd be alot of my stack gone, even if i bet like 3K. But then again a C-bet could win me a nice pot and it's hard to just give up on a hand i've put 3K into. Thoughts?

Any reads on how wide villain calls 3bets? Whats your image?

I think c/f is  probably best, in game I 'd prob persuade myself to b/f 4k

Check fold i think. Most opponents ranges slaps this flop in the face, not worth putting another chip in imo.

p.s the word "o pp" is censored? seriously?

raise less pre, 2200.  This will make a 60-70% pot bet on flop allot easier for you.
villan could of flatted pre with 7,7-10,10.  Villan will (as long as he hasnt hit it) be scared of this flop just as much as you.
I would prob flat pre knowing its multi way with massive implied odds.
