Ideally you want calls from poorer hands but in general with such a shove you will force them to fold. With 25bb's it's a raise 3 or 4x the BB for me.

yes i see what your saying but in this type of game its hard to raise because you usually get shoved pre anyway and percival09 care to explain how?

I'd raise to 400-500 pre than call any shove.

Because there's only two limpers, if the whole table limped you'd have an argument. Both are likely to have weak hands so you don't want to just open-shove the 3rd best starting hand with 23BB (which in a no ante tournament is more than enough). Agree with Dudeskins comment, i'd make it 400.
