Found old thread now trying to find a decent desktop any help would be appreciated

my laptop is on the verge of going boom and have come to the conclusion me and laptops just dont go together had 3 in 3 years and they all seem to break.


I'm not looking to get a Desktop but literally have no idea what to look for and even what to get if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations i would appreciate it

ps looked through the thread that JJ made but i realise this was nearly 7 months ago and since then i have no idea whether things have changed or not
