Bankrole Management

Hi peeps, would like some advice on bankrole management. Im a stt and mtt player, i rarely play cash, my question is what percentage of my bankrole should i be putting into one tournement or sit and go at one time? For instance lets say i have a bankrole of £200, should i be entering £11 pound tourneys or is this too much? Thanks for answers in advance

The suggested amount is 40 Buy ins,

so of the top of my head u should be playing no more then £5 and that doesnt include rake

£200 BR you should definitely not be playing £11 STTS/MTTS more like the £1.10-£5.50 MTT/STTS

£11 = 20 Buy Ins

£1.10-£5.50 = min 40 buy ins max 180-ish buy ins
