ALL IN OR FOLD?

HAS any one had problem when a smallish stack goes all in  in nl and you want to go all in to isolate and when it comes round the only 2 options is to call or fold. This has happened to me several times and inveribally one of earlier callers takes it down when if you would hav e gone all in they probbably should have folded

    That happens when the opening shove is lower than the minimum raise (an under-raise). You're not allowed to reraise when the first raise is an under-raise. It's not a software problem, it's standard betting rules.
