Sending Private Messages

Could someone please tell me how to send a PM to a friend, sorry if this is a daft oversight on my behalf but I cant seem to be able to use this feature. 

I am able to add Friend to required field and also subject however the message box is not visible.

    The recipient does not need to be a 'friend' - you can PM anyone friend or not - I suspect what you're seeing is a side-effect of running Firefox 5. The message box being not visible seems to be a bug.

    So is there a fix for this and is it only specific to Firefox 5. Thank you in advance

    If there's a fix then I'm not aware of it. Having the same trouble myself. I switch over to IE just to send PMs, which is not ideal.

    Hi,

    Currently no fix available for this, and we may not be able to find one.
    Apologies for the inconvenience but unfortunately for now it looks like IE has to be the way forward if you want to send a PM.
