download prob

i was in deepstack useing the sky download when everything froze, i checked b/band that was fine so i shut down and went to reload download but it would come up ???? in the end i went on internet explore and everything was fine, but tried to use download during last nite but i would not come up till today ?

( i had nothing else running never do )

    WHAT IS YOUR NETWORK CONFIGURATION?

    SYS INFO DETAILS PLEASE....

    LOT EASIER TO DOWNLOAD IF SYSTEM IS UP TO SCRATCH.
