    Raise to 24p pre.

You aren't deep enough to  play 10's postflop, so either shove or fold preflop.

If he only 3 bets AA-JJ and AK then it's a fold (he calls this range always to a shove and we need about 43% equity versus his range which we aren't getting).

If you can add 99 and AQ to his range for doing this then it's about break even.
If he's any wider than this (i.e. he gets funky with a lot of different hands preflop) then it's a snap jam.

Unless it's against a real niit I get 10's in all day in this spot.

Why would he make it 6x pre?
if the other Villain didnt have JJ he would get no action and just take it down pre then your just losing all value for a big hand?

That is not an especially good flop for 10's at that level in a 3bet pot called 4ways IMO.

This is 4NL and from what I've experianced playing by the normal rules of making it 3x + 1 bb for every limper danny work down here.

My standard open is 5x + 1 bb and seems to work quite well.

i dont think your pre flop play is too bad but i think your post flop play is very poor. Surely the only reason you would not raise the shove is because you believe your behind and just hoping you hit.

It seems to be the limit to what many players are prepared with calling preflop, a little more and they fold too often, a little less and they call too much. Just about getting a good balance really.

why dont you want them to call too much?
