    Is this 3-handed?
Was gonna say I don't like the 3-bet pre but if it is 3-handed it's fine, problem is you don't know what to do to a 4-bet, getting pocket 10's in in this situation is fine IMO, you've kinda left yourself guessing to where you are in the hand, but i think it's ok.
You can't raise the flop IMO, you're only gonna get called by a hand that beats you, and once you do raise you're kinda pot committed so you'll have to go with it, calling is the way forward here.
Check on the turn is fine
River it looks like he's V betting JJ/QQ, I know he has an A, but which ever way you look at it he's got you beat, doubt he's ever bluffing this small either.

Pre once he 4bets shove or fold. I wouldnt 3bet TT unless Im shoving over a 4bet because a good reg wont flat a 3bet oop against you often enough with worse. If you have reads to say different it might be ok. Its either flat pre or 3bet with intention of getting it in for me. If his 4bet range is AK+, JJ you should fold to it though, but again a good regs should have bluffs in his range blind v blind

Postflop raising flop would be really bad, but just never flat 4bets to avoid this spot. River I prob call getting those odds cos Im a station but I think its a fold
