I am asking this as i was advised after it was a bad play, i had to lead on that flop in my eyes and the check fold turn but as river was free it made sense to bet it. Should i fold pre to such a small raise?
This is the final table of the TSPclassic and as you can see i did need a double up, should i of waited for a shove pre hand?
Just be handy to get some tips and advice on this type of hand cheers

    never ever flat here, you have to c/f too many flops, or flop a pair and get money in bad anyway

    fold is standard, it may also be profitable to shove here, depending on villain

    And imo if your going to bet the flop i like a c/r all in.
