I know you dont check your PM's so I thought I would post this on here :)

I was lucky enough to win a TSP Classic seat in your 7/2 game the other night and was looking forward to playing it tonight. However, I have noticed that I was not in the lobby and after checking my history, I was put in for last night's! I did request Friday as I go out most Thursday's and was out last night, so if you check, I did not play.

Any chance you can put me in tonight please??

    I'm in a fairly similar position. I asked to play next Friday, July 8th, but seem to have been entered for tonight. I've pm'd customer care but no reply s yet.

    Hi guys

    I think the quickest route is probably to give customer care a call, hopefully that way they can get it sorted out straight away for you.

    Unfortunatley Steve, this is not always the case. Hence that is why I have done this thread. Rich will hopefully see it soon.....its not like he is rushing off to Vegas or anything.

    I wanted to play tonight but customer care have just said they can't put me in because "the poker team aren't in"! Oh well.
