I'd raise turn a little bigger but it looks ok
I think your sizing on river looks ok. Id be tempted to shove though cos this is nearly always a blocker or a fish with Tx,a straight or some hand he likes,the blocker bet never calls anyway and we can valuetown fish
River bet is fine.
