Analysing my game

I am only just starting to really get into poker and though I appear to win often, I would like to know the best way to get some coaching, gather the right information and analyse my game.

Hi, moved this to GPC as I think a lot more people will see it there with helpful suggestions.

I would suggest posting hands in The Poker Clinic section of the forum as a good starting point.

Alright bud. Welcome to the forum. I only started playing in December time last year and i find that the poker channel on sky channel 865 or indeed on this site is a perfect way to learn the game and pick things up. The poker school series is an absolute must for beginners and they are repeated quite a bit on the channel. They cover the basics but also go into some depth later on. That would be the biggest advice.

Machka has mentioned the forum. Its great. Any hands/situations you struggle with, just fire them on the Poker Clinic and let the regulars disect them. Its really friendly and not many of them bite. Seriously, just keep active on the tables, ask even the stupidest questions on the forum and watch the sky poker channel and your game will improve no end. Dont be scared to ask anything.
