In Response to Re: SPT 2009/10 - Post your Questions here, please. : Hi there mate you are right in the fact that if you ask to see his cards he has to show as it was a showdown situation he can much as he did but if requested he has to show his cards.  I hope this helps you.

I don't think so. It isn't a showdown as neither player is all in.
Only the first to act has to show his cards (or muck them forfeiting the pot), the second player can legitimately muck his cards forfeiting the chips to you. That's the advantage of position.

    Hi there,

I have only just found out about the SPT but would like a go at qualifying through one of the £2.60 satelittes through to the semi final.

Only trouble is I can't seem to find any £2.60 satelittes on the lobby?

What time and how often daily are these smaller buy in satelittes running?

Can you let my know the details for anyone wishing to come down on saturday to just watch the event?
i.e. Will I need to pre register at the casino or just turn up at the door with some ID?
Can anyone play in the sit n gos or do you have to be a player from the main tourney?

    Many Thanks,

    Alan

    mmmmmmmm Beer!

Yes to beer - a good tip is to get there as early as you can and down as many pints before the start - you'll play beautifully after that.
