Just want your opinions on your thoughts on how I played the hand, I personally think in hindsight I could have shoved flop, or raised bigger pre flop

I'd raise flop to about 1200.

    Turn looks fine.

Yes I agree I definetly think a raise on flop was the way to go it was a very straightening board and I was against what I feel was a very weak player

    Depends on your read.
Is villian loose enough to call 4x or 5x raise pre with 56o?
If not and you want action then pre is fine, then raise flop minimum pot bet.
Shoving the turn is fine to try to protect your hand, only top pair,
as he's probably drawing or he's hit a set and your already beat.
    River is just unlucky.

    Only read OP.

With the limp I likely make it bigger pre likely 210.

I go the other route post, its not a great flop for a limp called hand.  I bet 2/3's flop, then see what shows up.  UL tho bud
