An old man, not Tikay.

Well, didn't they do well?!

Day 1C was a much needed boost to the Sky Poker camp here after both Andrew and Peter showed that the older lads can still play some cards. They both glided through the day, with Peter even getting to star under the bright lights of the ESPN Feature Table.

Today it's the turn of our sponsored pro, Julian Thew. He's been smashing up tournaments around Europe for years now, and does well enough in Las Vegas too, having won a few Venetian Deep Stacks just over the road. However, he's yet to make an impression on the WSOP Main Event in the past, which surprises us and him. He's going to try and sort that out though, starting today.

    I'm confused, Dave. Were there cameras at the feature table? ESPN announced (back in April) that they're only televising this year's tournament from Day 3 onwards...

    They recorded parts of it, and I suspect there'll be some coverage in the final edit. There wasn't a full blown crew on the table though - the Day 3 televised element you mention is the live broadcast they're doing (with a 30 minute delay...)

    Can I just say as well having watched these interviews - I enjoyed them all last year but imo they are even better this year, the quality of filming and editing are excellent, great work Claire!! Obviously the interviewer has not improved much from last year ;) Love the way Gramps asks everyone to attend the Sky Poker Tour Final, great stuff!!
