Running bad - Im running out of patients

Someone please tell me how to keep a calm head when this Rubbish keeps happening.
Ive gone from winning 70% of my sit and go's and cashing in tourneys to winning about 7% sit and go's and not getting anywhere near cashing in the tourneys.
I know i should just keep playing my game, but it really is starting to wind me up !!!!!!!

Here is just one of the many ive had to put up with over the last week. This is, i think about the 5th time in 4 days ( and i dont play loads ) ive had aa or kk and been busted by a RUBBISH hand getting lucky.

I have got to say SKY does like to reward the rubbish hands

No doubt you're sick of hearing it but you just need to carry on playing well.

When you have AA you want idiots to call you with Q10 because over time you will win far more of them than they will.

Keep the faith.

I do understand what you are saying, but it does become fustrating sometimes when you see bad play constantly being rewarded.

Im going to have another go later to see if i can play through this rubbish period and get back to winning ways!!!!

Sorry for the spelling mistake.  i thought it looked wrong when i put it in but hey ho, just like my poker at the min - not very good lol.

Ps - I dont think Harold shipman had much patience with his patients !!!!!!!
