Did I bottle it?

TSP Classic, I had been chip leader with 16 left.  I’m now 7/13 and blinds are getting massive.  These were last 2 x hands and if I’m being honest I reckon I could/should  have let the last one go.  Never been to this stage in any tourney and felt people were stealing blinds?

BE BRUTAL lol

The Q9 is a marginal call.
You need about 40% equity to make it break even, and if he shoves any Ace, any pair, any 2 broadway then you have about 40%.
If he shoves a lot wider it's a clear call, any tighter it's a fold.

    Don't think it's a bad call though.

    The 34 is just ugh.
Shoving PF is ok if the BB is tight, and a fold is fine. Making the blind up is horrible.

Can't see the suits but I'm guessing you may have a flush draw on the flop... if yes open jam rather than wait for him to bet, as you then have no fold equity, and you are 100% behind.

Nice run to get this deep though.

Yeah first one is very marginal i lean towards the fold readless

second one shove is better then a call IMO, i probably fold unless they are super nit though

    9Q snap fold

34c, prefer a raise pre or fold given stacks.

1 Depends on villain, readless I probably fold but I dont hate the call

2 Shove or fold pre, depending how often you think you get called. Limping is awful

I know! I still do'nt know why I did it! I went from being comfortable with my game, was well ahead and next thing I know I'm 7/13 and I think I kinda panicked a bit as the button was whizzing round and blinds were getting bigger.
Also, when the money bubble went the table(s) seem to go mental and players were dropping like flies!
I think I also realised I'd made a few squid, and started to recognise a few of the players (e.g. andrew1947 & andy176103) and felt a bit overawed"?
Nevermind it'll go in the "experience bank" for next tourney.

Thanks all for your helpful comments & sorry for the ramble!
