Have decided to open up the range a bit more so thought 99 pre was ok here.

Flop is good so bet strong.

Turn I bet just half as not 100% anymore, should it be around £1.20 here ?

River brings in flush and honestly not happy betting here as I probably have to shove or bet call off, can I check or is that just giving up ?

Reads are player is VERY loose limps every hand.

yeah I c/c as wont like to get raised here.

FWIW sat with nearly 250bb's you should always be raising here, not sure what you mean by opening up your range?

    c/f > b/f >>>>>> c/c imo

why would you check/call? what do you think a passive player is going to be betting there that you can beat?

edit: yeah bet turn bigger, you're losing value from all the draws / random low pairs he can have.

Stack sizes are pretty ugly for it, but against a non-thinking / passive player I would  probably block-bet the river.

You can still get value from A5, 66, 77 etc...., and can happily fold to a raise.
If you check call against a passive player, he checks all of  these  behind, and bets  flushes and better.

Against an aggro player, who is never calling a flush draw twice, then check call would be ok.
