    It's a wrap. Dan Royle finishes 2nd, Carl 3rd in his second ever tournament - although he walked away with the lion's share of the cash after the deal - and our champion, Jamie Hurst; better known as hurst05. He reckons that win means he's level post-Vegas. You can't get one of those trophies in Nevada...

    We'll see you at the SPT Grand Final in Nottingham.

    Well i'm just out of my bed after the marathon that was SPT Cardiff.

    Well done to Hursty and cangratulations to all those that cashed.

    fantastic event last night.  nice city, good friendly venue, excellent hotel (radisson blu, unlucky Dan and Ben @ the Etap).  was great to see people like Greg/Hitman/TommyD/flashflush/stoneface/dylan and many others.

    also a high quality final table and fantastic that hursty won it.  if you are to think of someone on the site who has improved so much in the last year you would be hard pressed to find a better candidate than him.  won/final tabled various opens/does very well at cash and now doing it live too. 

    well done mate and excelent stuff.

    Well played jamie glad you went on to win it nice to see a good player winning and you done me what was i thinking shoving over your button raise with k8 lol thought you would call i was so short had to go for it sick you turned up with kq tho very well played all day congrats to you.

    Congrats Jaime and all the cashers.  Thanks to all the staff at the casino, they did a grand job.

    Had a cracking time and lovely to enjoy poker again as everyone was on top form.
