Just moved to table no reads on player.

Pre, Flop and Turn all seem pretty standard.

River looks pretty blanky to me but not gonna value just happy to check behind but then this crazy pot bet comes in, is this callable ?

    You say:

"Pre, Flop and Turn all seem pretty standard."

IMO your bets are quite large on every street.  I'm not saying that this has affects your river decision, just something to bear in mind.

the flop is fairly large, but 3 handed protecting against flush draw its fine imo
turn is 3/4 pot, again, fine

As I say, just something to bear in mind.  If you're not regularly evaluating your game, you're being left behind.

Yeah I did bet strong on two streets but if I bet less and they catch up I'll slap myself so pretty much always stick to 3/4 - pot and if they make bad call I should win longterm.

I did fold here but just couldn't work out what they had, although in these donkaments plain overs hitting is likely.
