Jackpot thingy

Does anybody know who has got closest to winning the ME and mini ME on same night? Noticed that Julian Thew final tabled a mini event a couple of nights back and thought why is he entering a £3 tourny, but then noticed he won ME Double Stack last night, so a fair bet he is going for the double at least some nights.

I've cashed in both on same night, but no where near final table of either. I wonder if anybodies had 2 top 10's even?

    Have a look at garyqqq's thread titled 'Tounament results thread' it gives all of the players who have cashed in the said tournies. It really is a wonderful thread xx

    I have got in top 20 for both a couple times, 1 which i came 2nd in rebuy open but i think there is a closer effort then that

    I came top 10 in both once.  Was pretty tilted when I busted the main in 9th and then spewed off in the mini lol.

    hammers101 was CL in both the mini and the main when both were 3 handed.  then he got some pretty sick beats/cold decks and came 3rd in one and 2nd in the other I think.

    kevcoke finished 7th in primo and 2nd in the mini a few weeks ago

    Think my best finish in the mini so far is about 190th, so I'm getting close

    Agree its a wonderful thread that I look at regularly, especially when I played the night before. Didn't want to trawl through it though, haven't got the time, looks like from above that there have been some close things which maybe suggests it will be done - ONE DAY!

      I hadf 6th in Primo and 14th in mini primo few backs back and Jaegerbomb has had similar.

      As YG says you really do need to run golden in both, so perhaps Hurst 05 has best chance LOL.

    LOL i have a 10th and a 15th in those mini's befor the deck turns ice cold on me lol but they are pretty good fun

    Closest I've come is winning the main and bubbling the mini.  Someone will do it, just a question of how big the jackpot will get in that time.
