Recently burnt 10,000 chips in three hands dropped down from top 5 

sitting 14 out of 25, not tilting  - cashed looking for double up to hit top 5 again

Blinds 600/1200, stack 19,700 ish

pick up 99 UTG

I am not sure about my min raise with 99 UTG, but it's been my standard raise at this stage of the MTT

I c bet flop and bang 

Should I fold pre, or on the flop  - is that too tight 

I like the flop but when he shoves I am like aaaaarghhhhhhh

What you guys think call or fold

Vill has been quite - I have been pretty active on table

Snap shove pre for me.

Stacks are cut off slighty but I presume you have 19701 pre when it gets to you.

As played I snap very quickly like faster than Usain in the 100m.

steer away from min raises pre even if you make it 3000 it gives the blinds more of a decision.
I personally believe he has tens or jacks but you have picked up alot of outs and he could be doing this move with A 8 ... A7 ....A6 or even badly played AK

Well you almost always have 10 outs if you're behind so at worst you're about 40%. You say he's been pretty quiet though which would worry me because his range for shoving is most likely sets/overpairs and flush draws. Possibly 89s which is the only hand you're a big fave against. There's no way a tight player has A8, A7 or A6 here or just 2 overs.

Considering what you've put in already I think you'd be getting value to call (just) and a double up would put you in great shape so I think you do have to call. Only exception would be is if the rest of the table is weak and you think you can get back into contention w/o putting your chips at too much risk and just finding better spots. If you were always going to b/c btw I would definitely bet flop bigger.
