at the time of this hand i was sitting in 7th place, now i'm out. i think maybe i was just too confident of my play so far and maybe i should have Ch/R as it was likely to get just 1 value from JJ and i can protect it from Q J 10 or should i have just slowed down on turn?
You have a value hand craig. You want calls. Why are you overbetting? You price QT and flush draws out, you want these hands to call.
Youre probably destined to go broke v that particular hand, but remember you are playing against a range. Anytime villain has a draw, QQ or a hand like JhTh you alow him to play perfect poker against you by not allowing him to incorrectly call or semi bluff.
Checking is better than jamming, but make a value bet, get value.

well it's as i say in the other threads, that blue bar is right infront of my face and i get too concerned about timing out that i rush things.
Maybe try to organise your thoughts / plans for a hand so it becomes routine.
Esp when others are acting, use their time bar to think about your next action.

Its definately worth working out a solution though craig as its a leak that you are aware of. Most of us are riddled with leaks that we have no hope of fixing as we dont know what they are.
Important to recognise that the problem is yours to fix though, and not just blame the software.
I'd be checking turn+river to call him down even though we can still really bet for value. Overbetting just does not get called by worse, you don't need a whole time bank on 1 street to realise that. Unlucky as played but you go bust whatever happens in this hand unless a heart rivers
