Olive was tremendous fun on the rail too, she was asking for some advice on PLO8. I told her to look at my post on this thread when I gave James a rudimentary intro to the game.
I haven't read any books however, so my advice is solely based on how I see and play the game. I would appreciate if you could have a look at it and maybe highlight any points that you may disagree on, because I wouldn't want anyone just starting to go into it with my preconceived imperfections.
I would also appreciate if you, you wily old fox, would share a few morsels of your hints and tips for us mere mortals to feast on now and again.

I hoped you enjoyed your PLO8 game, it takes a bit of time to get your head round it I agree, but once you do, it is a fantastic game. Even if you are just dipping your toe into the water every now and again, you will soon get to grips with it. I find also, that it helps my board reading skills in holdem.

Just wanted to post a huge THANK YOU to the TPT railers tonight for the Vegas Semi game. I somehow managed to hang on to get one of the 12 final seats for May 23rd. Mattprawn played his tables very well and really deserves his seat aswell. The rail as ever was awesome.
Aswell and binking the seat I also managed to get 2nd in the £2.80 other vegas satellite and won £49.40 cash. I won an all in to the £33 main aswell but ran like quicksand in that one - managed 1 head and then went out soon after lol.
Really enjoyed my poker games tonight though.
Hope the TPTer have a good run tonight and tomorrow.
Fell just short of FT in the main on Friday night. Bit annoyed to blow a decent stack on a few poor hands.
