    just played some cash took 80p of my roll and played the 2p/4p spun 80p into 5 quid
    played a dym and a 60p roulette tourney with no joy
    current roll now 7.10 and currently in the 4pm free roll

    Just read your post Mrb, think its a good thing to stay off the tables for a while sometimes if only to reassure yourself that your not addicted to gambling (which is afterall what poker is).

    Had a two month break myself last year and over the last few weeks have cut back a lot on the amount of games i play a day, think i'm down to about 3 bounty hunters a day  on average now although that has been down to health issues not finance or any other concerns.

    Its all about self disipline, if you think your playing more than you should be its almost certain you are!!! SO S*D OFF FOR A WHILE BURNS AND LET SOMEONE ELSE WIN FOR A CHANGE ;) (just kiddin m8)

    1st Post in a while peeps as been on a bit of a bad run .
    Managed a 7th in DTD 1 for £16 and change , also got 3rd in the monthly and binked a £33 BH seat so lets hope the cards are kind .
